The screen stays lit up until it times out. If I hold the power button, I still get the normal SilentAirplanePower menu. Once the phone times out and locks itself, tapping the power button lights it up and shows the lock screen as usual. At that point, tapping the power button again WILL turn the screen off. Only when the phone is unlocked does the power button stop locking/turning the the prince of egypt the plagues off. I tried powering the phone on and off to see if that would help, it didn t. I uninstalled the newest apps I had downloaded, that didn t change anything. I just reset the phone to factory defaults and the power button still will not lock the phone or turn the screen off. Any ideas? Is this a setting somewhere? Should I have the phone replaced? Anyone found a good lock screen replacement? Ive tried LockBot and Lock 0 neither seemed to work correctly on the X.
