Best Damn Blu Ray Player sony has built. IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER MODEL SONY BLU RAY PLAYER WITH AN EJECT BUTTON ON THE REMOTE, IT WILL WORK!! I have a Harmony 890 remote and the settings point of no return kansas commercial the remote are for my older BDP-S350 and the eject button works. The only flaw this player has is and I hope that they can correct it with a firmware the Netflix steaming only allows you to view what you added to your instant queue. I have a 99 Insignia Blu Player for the bedroom and you can add movies right from the player. Go figure!! I get NO buffering what so ever watching SD or HD streaming. I ve watched over 15 movies and no buffering, studdering, nothing, NADA!! Installation was a breeze and I was streaming within minutes. I pre-wired my house with Cat5 so I didn t need to go wireless. On Sony s future Models I would like to see built in memory added, wi-fifor those who need it and they could add an eject button on their next remote with maybe a backlit remote. This is my fith player and this one by far is the best. Before buying N460, I was using a PC-Plasma TV setup for Netflix internet movies. My PC is equipped with high end 512MB Nvidia video Card and the TV is 50inches Pionner 1070p Plasma and I was a happy camper. To be honest, I wasn t expecting a better Netflix experience with N460, because I read an Amazon review from the guy called GrafZeppelin127, and his review was almost diverting me for another brand Blu-ray with Netflix feature, however 180 was a pretty good deal and there were great reviews regarding the model too, so I took the risk. I am glad that I purchased this unit. The whole setup process was so easy and it took only a few minutes, and the result was incredible, so crisp, so clear. I can say that almost the same quality as my HD cable channels, period! Do not hesitate, you will never regret, particularly if you fed up using your laptop to get Netflix service. i ve had the player for a week. i LOVE the netflix feature! playback is smooth and the picture is good. i ve had no problems or complaints at all. now i can watch movies from netflix on days my dvds are being mailed back and forth! the bluray playback is wonderful. dvd playback is the same although i had to make some adjustments in my tv advanced video video settings. the only problem i had was registration. it didn t want to take my email address/reg. code at first. i had to figure out that i had to create an account on sonystyles before i could register to get netflix. that seemed odd to me. i don t hate the remote, but the remote that came with my sony HD tv puts it to shame. some people have made a big deal over the remote having no eject button but i don t mind that. i love how fast the system boots up when it s turned on. it takes just 4-6 seconds! that s great. also, it loads bluray movies quicker than my ps one thing i m irritated at has nothing to do with the hardware. the problem is with. everytime i try and access the site to check out what movies it has i get a message saying it is currently offline and to try later. this has gone on since i ve had the player. i m thinking of calling sony to see if they have info on why it isn t available. this isn t a deal-breaker but it s annoying. i ve had this a week, and so far i m VERY happy. what sold me is the netflix option and it hasn t disappointed. some have said that netflix doesn t work right. i don t point of no return kansas commercial how it can work so good for me and not for others. i can only tell you that i m impressed with it. if you have netflix and enjoy blu movies give this player a shot.
